Herbizan solution is a contact herbicide that quickly penetrates the green fibers of the plant. This penetration destroys the protoplasm and chloroplast of the cells. The most important effect of this herbicide is drying and irreversible destruction of the water holding capacity of plant cells. The result of this effect is the burning and green drying of the grass.

The best time for foliar spraying is when the height of the grass is at most 10 cm (for better coverage of the herbicide on the plant). According to the weather conditions, it is better to do it in hot weather and sunny days. At the time of foliar spraying, all parts of the plant should be well soaked in the solution and the herbicide should be completely covered on the leaves. If the foliar application is repeated, the existing weeds will dry up and will not grow again, and eventually no other plants will grow in the foliar application area.
